The 10 best clubs in Buenos Aires, ranked: Crobar, Niceto, Under Club, Amerika and more, with entry prices in pesos, closing times, door rules and how to get home.
The best clubs in Buenos Aires sit in three zones, and you pick the zone before you pick the club. Techno lives in Palermo: Crobar under the railway arches by the lakes, Under Club and Niceto Club on Niceto Vega, and Dune Park on Araoz. The big rooms face the Río de la Plata on the Costanera Norte, where Jet, Tequila and Caix sit along Avenida Rafael Obligado and Mandarine Park holds the open-air nights. Amerika in Almagro and Deseo in Villa Ortúzar cover the rest.
Clubs here are called boliches. They open around midnight, fill after 02:00 and close between 06:00 and 07:00. Entry is usually ARS 20,000–50,000 (€12–29), the legal drinking age is 18 and a few doors are 21 and over. The Subte stops around 23:00, so plan your ride before you go in.
We ranked the clubs on five things: sound, crowd, door, late licence and value. Sound means a room and a booking policy built for dancing. Crowd means people who came for the music or the scene, not only for a table. Door means you can predict whether you will get in, including age limits and dress codes. Late licence means a finish at 06:00 or later. Value compares the published price with what you get. Every club here appears in an event listing or guide updated in 2026. Prices, times and ages come from the venue's page, ticketing listings or the guides in our sources, and where nothing is published we say it varies.
The most complete club night in the city: three spaces under the railway arches, room for about 2,300 and bookings such as Chris Liebing and Len Faki. DJ Mag placed it at No. 45 in its Top 100 Clubs of 2024. It runs mainly on Friday and Saturday, with doors from 23:59. Skip it if you want a short, cheap night: closing times follow the event and it sits far from the bar streets.
Over 25 years of live music and club nights in one building on Niceto Vega. Concerts usually run 19:00 to 21:00 and the club starts around midnight, with Club 69 on Saturdays and a smaller room, Humboldt, for 200. Skip it if you want one reliable sound: every night has a different promoter, and a few concerts are 16+, which changes the crowd.
A techno-only club on Niceto Vega, open since 2013 and in this building since 2014. Local residents and guests such as Jeff Mills and Carl Craig have played, and photos are banned on the dancefloor. Nights run from about midnight to 07:00. Skip it if you are under 21 or want anything but techno.
The city's main LGBTQ+ club, open since 1999 on Gascón in Almagro, with three floors and room for nearly 2,000. It runs Friday to Sunday, and its Sunday night is described as a Buenos Aires institution. Skip it if you want a quiet room or a venue near the Palermo bars: it is in a residential part of Almagro.
The largest open-air venue on the Costanera Norte: about 7,000 square metres, room for around 10,000 and an air-conditioned tent for indoor shows. It hosts Resistance, Bresh and headliners such as Solomun on 24 October 2026. Skip it if you want a weekly club: nights are irregular and tickets sell out in batches.
A small venue of about 250 people in the railway arches on Avenida del Libertador, with more than 65 acts a month and free entry on most nights. Friday sessions run 21:00 to 05:00. Skip it if you want a big sound system or a 07:00 finish: it is small, it closes earlier than the Costanera clubs and the door is 21+.
A three-floor cultural centre with a basement club for about 200 and a 300-capacity Theater room upstairs. Club nights run 23:00 to 06:00, and tickets cost ARS 30,000 (about €17) for September 2026 club nights. Skip it if you want international headliners every week: the booking is mostly local and changes night to night.
A big Costanera Norte boliche with river views, room for about 2,000 and a techno terrace curated by Antu Saravia. It runs Thursday to Saturday until about 07:00, one of the latest finishes in the city. Skip it if you want a relaxed door: the dress code is smart, the cover rises after 02:00 and VIP tables start around ARS 350,000.
A club in a former textile factory on Avenida Chorroarín in Villa Ortúzar, redesigned by Sergio Lacroix, with weekend nights from 23:00 to 06:00 and Sunday daytime events. It is a different neighbourhood and a different crowd from Palermo. Skip it if you want to walk between bars: it sits well north-west of the main nightlife zones.
A well-known Palermo Hollywood club open Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 00:30, with Hype by Kika on Tuesdays and a mixed electronic, pop and hip-hop floor at the weekend. A 2026 guide calls the door easy, and a guest list gets you in free before about 01:30. Skip it if you care about sound or booking: the programme is broad, not specialist.
Pick one zone per night. On Niceto Vega, Niceto Club (number 5510) and Under Club (number 5699) are on the same street, and Kika Club is close by on Honduras. The Costanera clubs run along Avenida Rafael Obligado, from Caix at Costa Salguero (number 1221) to Jet (4801) and Tequila (6211), so choose one and stay. Crobar and Avant Garten are in the railway arches by the Palermo lakes, away from the bars.
Getting around is the hard part. The Subte stops around 23:00, colectivo buses run all night on many routes, and cards work in most places, but carry cash too: the largest note is ARS 20,000 (about €12). Uber, Cabify and DiDi work, though a May 2026 court ruling says they must follow taxi rules. A radio taxi with a visible logo is the safe fallback.
Buenos Aires rewards a plan: choose the zone, get on a guest list before 01:30 and book your ride home. Crobar, for the booking and the sound. It has three spaces under the railway arches in Palermo, room for about 2,300 and a DJ Mag Top 100 Clubs ranking of No. 45 in 2024.
Usually between 06:00 and 07:00. Under Club and Jet run to about 07:00, and Dune Park lists nights from 23:00 to 06:00.
Usually ARS 20,000–50,000 (€12–29). Dune Park charged ARS 30,000 for September 2026 club nights, Jet lists ARS 15,000–30,000 and Avant Garten lists free entry. A guest list can make entry free before about 01:30.
In Palermo. Crobar under the railway arches, Under Club on Niceto Vega and Dune Park on Araoz. Avant Garten is the free-entry house option.
The legal drinking age is 18 and most clubs are 18+. Under Club, Tequila and Avant Garten are 21+, and a few Niceto concerts are 16+. Carry your passport or national ID.
