Niceto Club is a live-music venue and club on Niceto Vega with more than 25 years of history. Concerts usually run from 19:00 to 21:00, and the late club nights start around midnight. The programme swings between indie, electronic, cumbia and Latin music. Club 69, a cabaret-style night with drag and DJ sets, runs on Saturdays, and the smaller Humboldt room on Humboldt 1358 holds about 200 people.
Most shows and club nights are 18+, and a few concerts are 16+; the age is printed on each listing. Tickets sell through Venti and Passline, and a recent show cost ARS 35,000 (about €20). Not for you if you want one reliable sound: every night is a different promoter and crowd, so read the listing first.

Niceto Club grew out of El Santo, an electronic party that moved through Punta Carrasco and La Trastienda before settling at Niceto Vega 5510. The city tourism site says it has been open continuously since the late 1990s.
