Ibiza nightlife runs on a season, not a weekly rhythm. The big clubs open from late April and May and close between late September and mid-October, and in summer almost every night of the week has a headline residency. The rooms are spread across the island: Hï, Ushuaïa and DC-10 around Playa d'en Bossa, Amnesia and [UNVRS] at Sant Rafel, Pacha in Ibiza Town, and the sunset bars and Eden in Sant Antoni. Tickets usually cost €30–125 and drinks inside €12–20. Worth knowing: from November to April only a handful of venues stay open, such as Akasha, Teatro Pereyra and Eden's winter parties, so check the calendar before you book flights.

The season decides everything. The superclubs run from late April or May into early October, and each one ends with a closing party between late September and 12 October. Come in July or August for the full weekly calendar, or in the first fortnight of October for the closings. From November to April most of the big rooms are dark.
You pick a party, not a club. Every night of the week belongs to a residency: Black Coffee on Saturday at Hï, Circoloco on Monday at DC-10, Carl Cox on Sunday at [UNVRS]. Check the weekly line-ups first, then plan the island around them. At [UNVRS], Thursday is Indira Paganotto's techno and Friday is David Guetta.
It is expensive, and the costs stack up. Tickets cost €30–125, drinks inside €12–20 and a bottle of water €5–7. Add a taxi at night tariff and one big night costs more than a weekend in most cities. Buy online: early-entry tickets are cheaper, and some doors charge more on the night.
The biggest residencies in electronic music, from Black Coffee at Hï to Carl Cox at [UNVRS] and Circoloco at DC-10.
Ushuaïa holds 7,866 people in the open air, and Amnesia's two rooms take 5,000. This is clubbing at festival scale.

Eden and Es Paradis in Sant Antoni charge €25–40, and the Discobus costs €3–5.60 a ride.
Lío and Chinois in the Marina mix cabaret, dinner and a club, with a dress code to match.
Akasha, Teatro Pereyra and Eden's winter parties keep a smaller, local scene going from November to April.
Not for you if you want a cheap, spontaneous night. Big nights sell out, taxis run short at closing time, and in winter most of the island's clubs are shut.
Ushuaïa's open-air parties start on Playa d'en Bossa, and the sunset bars in Sant Antoni open.
Dinner shows begin at Lío and Teatro Pereyra. The sunset crowd heads for dinner.
Ushuaïa ends. Pacha and Amnesia open their doors, Hï and [UNVRS] follow at 23:30.
Early-entry prices end at the big clubs, the queues build, and Lío turns from cabaret into a club.
Peak hours in every room on the island.

Amnesia and [UNVRS] sit on the road between Ibiza Town and Sant Antoni. Apart from a few village bars such as El Clo, there is little else at night, but Discobus D1 stops at both clubs.
Cocktail bars on the marina such as Liquido, and Akasha at Las Dalias near Sant Carles. Calmer, and still going in winter.
Hï, Ushuaïa, Pacha and Amnesia are all 18+ and check original ID: a passport, or a national ID card for EU citizens. Hï refuses driving licences and photocopies. Dress codes are about beachwear: no swimwear, flip-flops, tank tops or football shirts, and VIP areas add no shorts. Lío is stricter, with long trousers and a shirt for men. In high season the taxi queue in Sant Antoni can take over an hour. Uber has operated on the island since 2023.
