NIGHTFIND is run by Lars Vegelin, a private individual based in the Netherlands. NIGHTFIND is not a registered company and does not sell anything itself.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "NIGHTFIND" refer to that person. "You" means anyone using our website or app.
NIGHTFIND is a discovery platform. We show you which clubs, bars and events are on in the cities we cover, together with practical details such as opening hours, entry prices and door policy.
We do not sell tickets. When you choose to buy, we send you through to the official ticket seller for that event. The purchase agreement is between you and that seller — not with us.
You do not need an account to browse. When you use NIGHTFIND you agree not to:
We compile listings from venues, promoters, ticket partners and public sources, and we do our best to keep them accurate. Even so, opening hours change, events are cancelled and door policies are applied at the venue's discretion.
Always check with the venue or the official seller before you travel. We are not liable for a wasted journey, a closed door or a cancelled event.
Links to ticket sellers, venues and other third parties are provided for your convenience. Their own terms, privacy policies and refund rules apply to any purchase you make.
Questions about an order, a refund or entry to an event should go to the seller or the venue directly. We cannot process refunds or guarantee entry.
NIGHTFIND is free to use. When you buy a ticket through a link on our site, we may receive a commission from the seller. This never changes the price you pay, and it does not influence whether a venue or event is listed.
The NIGHTFIND name, logo, design, written guides and the selection and arrangement of our listings belong to us or our licensors. You may link to our pages freely. You may not reproduce substantial parts of the site without our permission.
Photographs of venues and events remain the property of their respective owners.
We provide NIGHTFIND with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or that every listing is complete and up to date.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, from inaccurate listings, or from your dealings with venues or ticket sellers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. If we make a significant change, we will make that clear on the site.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court, unless mandatory consumer rules give you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
