Wine Not?

Wine Not? is a wine bar and bottle shop on Petriashvili Street in Vera, a few doors from Wine Factory N1. The list is long for the size of the room, with chacha and dessert wines among the bottles, and a visitor guide calls it an underground bar. Bottles to take away are ₾5 cheaper than drinking them in.

A second branch on Lado Gudiashvili Square can host jazz in summer. It is a good first stop in Vera, the district that locals call the place for wine bar after wine bar. Have a glass here, then head to the clubs by taxi. Not for you if you want cocktails: the list is wine.
