Vino Underground

Vino Underground is a brick-vaulted cellar on Tabidze Street in Sololaki, devoted to qvevri and other low-intervention wines. The list is Georgian natural wine, which makes it a good place to learn what the country's small producers are doing, and four-wine tastings are available.

A January 2026 guide notes that the bar is under new management, so check the list and opening times before you go. Use it early: a couple of glasses here, then cocktails nearby, then a taxi to the clubs after midnight. Not for you if you want cocktails or a loud room: this is a wine bar first and last.
