Victor Audio Bar is in a Palermo Soho townhouse on Soler, with wood panels, leather seats and mid-century lamps. It is described as the city's first listening bar. The centrepiece is a headphone-operated jukebox, so each guest hears their own choice without disturbing others, and the martini-themed menu traces the dry cocktail from the martinez to the porn star. It came from the team behind Tres Monos and Niño Gordo.
It ranked 87th in The World's 50 Best Bars in 2025 and jumped to 31st in the 2026 list, announced on 7 October. The kitchen serves American comfort food. It opens in the evening, Tuesday to Saturday, and exact hours are not published. Not for you if you want a loud night: the point is to listen.
