The Vereinsheim is a pub on Occamstraße in Schwabing, the old artists' quarter around Münchner Freiheit, and it has doubled as a small stage since 2006. It calls itself the best living room in Schwabing, and the programme fits: comedy, cabaret, concerts and a pub quiz.
It opens every day from 18:00. Shows usually start at 19:30, with partial seating, free choice of seats and no guaranteed place, so arrive early for anything popular; some October 2026 dates are already sold out. Not for you if you want to dance, or if you do not speak German: this is a place to drink, laugh and talk, and most of the shows are in German.
Walk-in pub; buy show tickets in advance, and seating is first come, first served.
