VANE is a restaurant and skybar on the top two floors of the Groene Toren on the Vestdijk, part of the NH Collection Eindhoven Centre hotel, and it has one of the best views of the city at night. The cocktails are built around wind directions, after the weathervane in the name, with homemade ingredients and signatures such as Little Miss Sunshine and Bisou Bisou. There is a rooftop terrace for warmer evenings.
The bar opens at 17:00 from Sunday to Thursday and at 15:00 on Friday and Saturday, and closes at midnight, or 01:00 at the weekend. Tables can be booked online. Not for you if you want a late night: this is where you start, not where you finish.
