Südstadt indie club near Chlodwigplatz with post-punk, Britpop, 80s and 90s parties on Friday and Saturday from 23:00 to 05:00.
Tsunami Club is on Im Ferkulum in the Südstadt, a few steps from the Severinskirche and Chlodwigplatz, and it says it changed the neighbourhood's nights. The music runs from indie rock and alternative to post-punk, Britpop, 80s and 90s, with metal, wave and some pop. Cologne's tourist board compares it to a party in a shared flat.
Parties run on Friday and Saturday from 23:00 to 05:00, with entry from €6; concerts start at €9 and happen during the week too. October 2026 has a 3 Stündchen Indie Fresse night for €5–6, and November a J-rock Visual-kei party. Trams 15 and 16 stop at Chlodwigplatz, about 180 metres away. Not for you if you want techno or a big sound system.
