Tropicana is a beach bar, restaurant and hotel on Paradise Beach, and it bills itself as one of the most iconic beach party experiences in Mykonos. By day it is sunbeds, umbrellas and pergolas on the sand, with Greek and Italian food: salads, grilled meat, pizza, pasta, souvlaki and gyros.
The party starts early. An in-house DJ plays from the afternoon, and the beach parties and shows carry on late into the night. Opening hours and prices are not published, so ask on the beach. Paradise Beach Club and Cavo Paradiso are on the same beach, which makes this an easy first stop on a long Paradise day. Not for you if you want a quiet swim or a big-name DJ booking.
