Tres Monos is a small cocktail bar at Guatemala 4899, at the corner with Thames in Palermo Soho, and it is the highest-ranked bar in the city. It ranked 10th in The World's 50 Best Bars in 2025 and 21st in the 2026 list, announced on 7 October. The drinks use Argentine ingredients, including own-label spirits made with local producers, and the same team runs Victor Audio Bar and Niño Gordo.
It opens at 19:00 from Monday to Thursday and at 20:00 from Friday to Sunday, closing at 01:00, or at 03:00 on Friday and Saturday. Past midnight the bar is standing room. Not for you if you want a table without a wait: the room is small, and it fills as the evening goes on.
