Tokonoma Club sits at Gutleutstraße 320, a few doors from Tanzhaus West in the west of the city, and books techno and house most weekends. October 2026 runs from a Circle x Japan Night with Gonno to an AOS night with Freddy K, Blasha & Allatt and DJ AYA, plus Habitus, Juicy Gang and a Club Bizarre party at Halloween.
These are long nights: the AOS party runs from 23:00 to 08:00, and Circle went from midnight to 09:00. Tickets cost €10–20 and the door is 18+. Not for you if you want a central club you can walk to from the bars: Gutleutstraße 320 is well west of Hauptbahnhof.
Three rooms: DRIFT (techno), HOLO (house, in a sunken space) and the quieter SĀKURU lounge; the space is also rented out for events.

Tokonoma grew out of an event series and earlier held events at the former Orange Peel on Kaiserstraße. It moved into a former Deutsche Bahn workshop hall in the Gutleut district, started with soft-launch events in August 2025, and planned its grand reopening for October 2025.
