The Nines is on the ninth floor of Station House at 19 Kloof Road in Sea Point. Launch coverage from November 2022 describes a dining room, a lounge, a cocktail bar and a 200 square metre deck, with floor-to-ceiling glass facing upper Sea Point and the Atlantic. The menu is built on "classics done right", with dishes such as seabass, spatchcock chicken and seafood risotto.
Cape Town Magazine's rooftop guide (last updated January 2024) and the launch coverage both give daily opening from 12:00 to 23:00, and Time Out's January 2026 rooftop list mentions a Friday Champagne offer with a DJ. The 23:00 close puts it in the sundowner and dinner category rather than the late-night one. Entry fees, a dress code and an age rule are not published on the pages checked.
