The Grand Social at 35 Liffey Street Lower, at the north end of the Ha'penny Bridge, calls itself a live music and mixed events venue, and it is as much a place for an after-work drink as for a gig. Bands play the Ballroom early in the evening, usually finishing by 22:30.
Later on, Frame is the club room. Its second season opened in September 2026 with an all-Irish house and techno line-up, followed by Christian AB, Mark Broom with Dylan Fogarty during Circles, and TAFKAMP. Frame nights run 23:00 to 03:00. The building is strictly 18+. Not for you if you want a big club production: Frame is a room built around the DJ, not the lights.
