The Garage is the big mainstream club on Sauchiehall Street, with a Main Hall, a second room called G2 and The Attic Bar. Gigs run early in the evening and are mostly 14+. Then the club nights take over: Fck It Thursdays from 23:00, Pop Off Fridays and Serve Saturdays from 22:30, all until 03:00.
Entry is free for the first half hour, then £5–7, with student prices of £4–5. Last entry is 02:00. The club is strictly 18+ and only accepts a passport, a BRP card or a driving licence as ID. Joggers, branded sports shorts and football strips are turned away. Not for you if you want specialist DJs: this is a big, cheap, student-heavy night out.
