The Booth Brewing has a taproom at 7 Noksapyeong-daero 54-gil, on the Gyeongnidan slope above Itaewon. A tourist-board guide lists it for its Hopper IPA and a pint at ₩8,000. Hours are 17:00 to midnight Monday to Thursday, 17:00 to 01:00 on Friday and 14:00 to 01:00 on Saturday and Sunday.
The streets around it are quieter than Itaewon's main strip, which makes it a good first stop of the evening. Noksapyeong station (Line 6) is the nearest. Not for you if you want a late finish or a dance floor: nothing here stays open much past 01:00.
