Terraplana

Terraplana is a neighbourhood bar on Avenida de Rodrigues de Freitas in Bonfim, the district east of Batalha that Time Out named among the world's coolest neighbourhoods in 2024. It describes itself as a Bonfim local: laid back, with pizzas and classic cocktails with a twist, plus beer, wine and spirits.

It opens every evening at 18:00 and closes at midnight from Sunday to Thursday and at 02:00 on Friday and Saturday, with the kitchen open until 23:00. Few visitors make it out this far, which is the appeal. Not for you if you want to stay in one place until dawn: it is a dinner-and-drinks stop, and the clubs are a walk away.
