1930 theatre on Calle de Barceló, a club since 1980, with sessions five nights a week and a 25+ door on Friday and Saturday.

Teatro Barceló was built in 1930 by the architect Luis Gutiérrez Soto as a cinema and theatre, with a ship-inspired design that honours the sailor the street is named after. It became a disco in 1980, at the start of La Movida, and in the nineties its guests included Andy Warhol, Prince and Pedro Almodóvar.

Today it runs sessions five nights a week: Monday from 22:00, Wednesday and Thursday from around midnight to 05:30, and Friday and Saturday until 06:00. Weekend nights are 25+, Thursday is 19+ and the rest are 18+. Tables are sold alongside tickets. Not for you if you are under 25 and visiting at the weekend, or if you want anything underground.
