Symbiose is a bar and restaurant in a former wine storehouse at 4 quai des Chartrons, close to the CAPC tram stop. It pairs creative cocktails with bistronomic cooking, and its signature Zombie Gris-Gris mixes rum, cognac and Bénédictine with passion fruit, Jamaican pepper and rooibos.
Bar professionals ranked it tenth in the French Bar Awards 2026, and it has been a 50 Best Discovery bar. The bar opens from Tuesday to Saturday, 18:00 to 01:30, and the kitchen serves from 19:00 to 22:45. Booking is advised.
