String's is a cocktail bar on Zagrebačka in the centre of Split, styled as a prohibition-era speakeasy. The bar team works with milk clarification, infusions and fermentation. It also runs events beyond its own walls: in September 2026 it threw a rooftop party at the AC Hotel Split with 50 Best Discovery.
It opens every day from 17:00 to 01:00 and takes no reservations, so arrive early at the weekend. It pairs naturally with Bar Sistema for a two-bar cocktail night in the centre. Not for you if you want loud music or a dancefloor: this is a bar for drinks and conversation.
