Roxy

Roxy has been part of Dlouhá street for more than twenty years, in a converted Art Deco cinema with vaulted cellars and four bars. Weekends are club nights, from drum and bass and garage to house and techno, usually from 23:00 to 05:00. In the week the room turns into a concert venue for touring bands.

It is one of the few Old Town clubs where the crowd comes for the booking rather than the location. Entry usually runs from about 250 Kč on a normal night to 500 Kč for a headliner. The NoD space upstairs sells tickets at a lower price on weekday evenings. Not for you if you want chart hits; Karlovy lázně is a fifteen-minute walk away for that.
