The terrace of the Ribera de Triana hotel, on Plaza de Chapina at the north end of Triana, looks back across the Guadalquivir to the skyline of the old town. Seville's tourist board recommends it as a viewpoint over the city skyline.
It opens Monday to Friday from 17:00 to 02:00, and on Saturday and Sunday from 16:00 to 03:00, according to the 2026 terraces guide. That makes it one of the later rooftops in the city and a good bridge between dinner in Triana and a club across the river. Not for you if you want a cheap round: expect hotel prices.
