Multi-floor bar and club on Brixton Road with one of London's best club terraces and a free Saturday house party.

The Prince of Wales is a multi-level bar and club on Brixton Road, a short walk from the station. Its roof terrace is the main draw, and in summer it hosts some of the busiest parties in south London.

Saturday is a free house party with rotating DJs across funk, house, soul, disco and hip hop, using both the inside floors and the terrace. It stays open until 03:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. Not for you if you want a serious techno room; this is a party pub scaled up.
