Papaya Playa Project

Papaya Playa Project is a beachfront hotel and club at Km 4.5 of the Carretera Tulum–Boca Paila. Its own site describes the beach club as a 900 m stretch of sand, and the party calendar follows the moon: The Full Moon, The New Moon, Starlight and, around 31 October and 1 November 2026, Umbral for Día de Muertos.

For the Full Moon on Saturday 24 October 2026 (NOEMA, Nancy Kyd) doors open at 20:00, music starts at 21:00, last entry is 00:50 and the night ends at 03:00. The 21 November night lists Maayan Nidam and Alfonsvs b2b Adriana Ruas b2b Pato Mallet. Both are 18+, with casual dress for general admission, ID and QR code checked at the entrance and no re-entry. Tickets ran from MX$1,430 (Early Entrance before 22:00, or the Local ticket with a physical Tulum INE) to MX$2,200, and dinner packages from MX$2,860. The hotel also runs a Wednesday dinner, a Friday beachfront performance and a Sunday brunch buffet. Not for you if you want to walk in without a ticket: the big nights are sold in tiers, and one 2026 guide says they often sell out.
