OTTO·25 is on the 25th floor of WERK4 in Werksviertel-Mitte, the district behind Ostbahnhof, and the Werksviertel calls it the highest bar in Munich. You reach it through the lobby of the ADINA hotel and an express lift, and the view runs across the rooftops of the city to the Alps.
It serves cocktails and a long list of wines by the glass, from Wednesday to Sunday between 17:00 and 01:00. It takes no reservations, the terrace is step-free, and it closes in rain or strong wind. DNA, the techno club, is on the same street for later. Not for you on a wet evening, or if you need a guaranteed table for a group.
No reservations: walk in through the ADINA hotel lobby and take the lift to the 25th floor.
