Nosso occupies three floors on Rua Maria Quitéria in Ipanema and combines a restaurant, led by chef Bruno Katz, with a cocktail bar run by Daniel Estevan. The drinks draw on Brazilian distillates and ferments. In an August 2026 drinks trail it listed Baía de Todos os Santos at R$54 (€9.60), Sagrado Profano at R$58 (€10.40), Tropicana at R$56 and Highball do Caparaó at R$52.
It is open Tuesday to Sunday and closed on Monday; opening hours were not published. Not for you if you want a cheap round: cocktails here start above R$50 (€9).
