Night Tales fills a run of railway arches on Bohemia Place, off Mare Street, with bars, day beds, booths and one of the largest covered beer gardens in Hackney. Food comes from a Japanese grill and Sons of Slice pizza.
The club room holds 300 and plays house, techno, jungle and garage until 03:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. Entry is free before 21:00 and £5 after, and advance tickets are optional. Its sister venue NT's Loft is a 200-capacity rooftop bar and club. Not for you if you want a sound-first club; this is a big, social night out.
