Jazz club on Hvitfeldtsplatsen since 1978, with concerts, free DJ nights and a listening bar built around records.
Nefertiti opened as a jazz club in 1978 and took its name from the Miles Davis album in 1982. Today it books concerts most weeks, with Shabaka and CORTO.ALTO on the October 2026 bill, and runs club nights after the concerts. The room holds about 300 people indoors, around 110 of them seated.
On nights without a show the bar runs as Jazz Kissa, which it calls Sweden's first real jazz kissa: a listening room where the records come first, with free entry. Klubb Global Groove, a DJ collective, is free too. Club nights are 20+ or 23+, standing concerts 18+, and the cloakroom costs 30 kr. Not for you if you want a big room and a late finish every weekend.
