Mr. Smith

Mr. Smith is a speakeasy in a cellar at Rechtstraat 55 in Wyck. Bart's Boekje (November 2025) says you ring a bell to get in and are shown to a table or to the bar in the basement, in a room with jazz music, Chesterfield sofas, wood panelling, wingback chairs and a Persian rug. The same guide calls the cocktails original and flavourful.

Reservations go through Zenchef; the house rules say they are not always needed, but the bar would hate you to be turned away. Cocktail workshops run for groups of 10 or more before opening. Opening hours and prices are not published on the pages we could read, so check before you set out. Not for you if you want a dance floor: this is a seated cellar bar.
