Monkey Love sits on the Vistula at Port Czerniakowski, Bulwar Flotylii Pińskiej 1a, in a green, tropical-looking space by the water. Vinyl and DJ selection are the point: house leads the programme, with electro and breakbeat around it. In the daytime it is a relaxed spot with Asian food, and it also hosts live sets and workshops.
It is closed on Monday and Tuesday, opens at 16:00 from Wednesday to Friday, at 12:00 on Saturday and at 10:00 on Sunday. Friday and Saturday run until 03:00, and Sunday mornings have coffee, brunch and records. Not for you if you want a dark techno box or an all-night session: it closes earlier than the central clubs.
