MOMEM, the Museum of Modern Electronic Music, opened at Hauptwache on 6 April 2022 with a celebration featuring Sven Väth. It calls itself an arts and culture centre rather than a classic museum, and it tells the story of electronic music through exhibitions, events and hands-on spaces.
It is open Tuesday to Sunday from 13:00 to 19:00, with entry at €8–12 and free Friday Frequencies sessions every week. Some nights it turns into a club: RAWAX's 15th anniversary on 24 October 2026 has a panel at 20:00, then DJ Hell and Dana Ruh from 22:00 to 04:00, for €25. Not for you if you want a regular weekend club night.
