Cellar bar on Viktoriagade in Vesterbro, the first Mikkeller bar, pouring the brewery's beers plus vintage bottles.

The cellar on Viktoriagade was the very first Mikkeller bar and the template for the brewery's bars around the world. It mixes the traditional Danish pub with a light Scandinavian look, and pours Mikkeller beers alongside guest bottles and vintage Mikkeller bottles from the early years, with Danish cheese and handmade sausages on the side.

It is about five minutes on foot from Central Station, which makes it an easy first beer on arrival, and Kødbyen is close by. The bar does not publish opening hours on its page, so check before you go. Not for you if you want a cheap lager: this is a bar for beer people.
