Concert venue on the Hertogstraat, a sister venue of Doornroosje, with Indie Disco Merleyn and the Poederdoos queer party on the calendar.
Merleyn on the Hertogstraat is the smaller sibling of Doornroosje and mostly books concerts. The Doornroosje website lists it among its venues. Club-style nights are the exception: Indie Disco Merleyn runs on 24 October 2026 and the Poederdoos queer party celebrates its fourth anniversary on 7 November.
Concerts continue into 2027, with Alice Olsthoorn on 8 January. Regulars can buy a Merleyn Pass for €90, which covers a year of concerts; the current pass is sold out and new ones are expected in December. Prices and age rules are set per event. Not for you if you want a late-night club floor: most evenings here are gigs.
Check the event page for tickets, start time and age rule.
