Mad Radio Medellín at Calle 8A #33-40 in Provenza is a DJ bar that opened in 2017; Resident Advisor says Medellín was the first space of the Mad Radio crew, which later opened in Bogotá. The venue's listings say it opens Tuesday to Saturday from 17:00, with a happy hour that the 2026 listings give as ending at 20:00 or 21:00. Nights ran until 02:30 on Thursday 22 October 2026 and until 03:30 on Saturdays in July and August 2026, and a Tuesday night on 20 October 2026 ended at 00:30.

Entry is free: the 2026 Resident Advisor listings read "No cover, just music", and TripAdvisor reviewers in 2024 and 2026 also report no entrance fee. Drinks are not cheap: one February 2026 reviewer paid COP 50,000 for a gin and tonic and COP 30,000 for a shot. The room has indoor and outdoor areas, vinyl on display and DJ sets of house, classics and current hits. Some listings end with the line "+ 25 years old"; the venue states no separate age rule, so ask before bringing anyone under 25. Not for you if you want a club that stays open until 04:00.
