Pop venue in a 1915 Art Nouveau cinema beside Arnhem Centraal, with a main hall and an upper hall for concerts and 18+ dance nights.
Luxor Live stands on the Willemsplein, two minutes on foot from Arnhem Centraal. The building opened in 1915 as a cinema designed by the architect Willem Diehl and richly decorated in Art Nouveau (Jugendstil) style. The city bought it in 2001 and it reopened as a venue in 2008. It has a Grote zaal and a Bovenzaal, and the main hall holds about 700 people including the balcony.
Most nights are concerts, but a Dance label runs club nights in both halls: the October 2026 agenda listed Amilli in the Bovenzaal and a Queerparty in the Grote zaal. Dance programming is 18+ unless an event page says otherwise, and the cloakroom is free. Not for you if you want a fixed weekly club: the programme changes every week.
