Linea / Closer to the Moon

Linea, also called Closer to the Moon, is a rooftop bar on the eighth floor of a building at Lipscani 17, with views over the Old Town and a rooftop brunch from Monday to Friday. A Bucharest after-midnight column from September 2026 lists it among the places for city lights, and a rooftop guide quotes cocktails at €8–11, about 42–58 lei. In winter it sets up rooftop igloos that you can book.

A listing gives 18:00–02:00 on most nights, Friday 18:00–04:00, Saturday 14:00–04:00 and Sunday 14:00–02:00, with the kitchen closing at 23:00. Reservations are recommended. Not for you if you want a walk-in table on a weekend: book first. The hours come from an undated listing, so confirm them.
