Industrial-style bar in a former Kato Petralona gallery that makes its own fruit wines and beer; number 8 in The World's 50 Best Bars 2025.
Line occupies the former Zouboulaki gallery on Agathodaimonos in Kato Petralona, a short ride from the centre. It was set up by Vasilis Kyritsis and Nikos Bakoulis, the founders of The Clumsies, with Dimitris Dafopoulos, and it runs on a circular, farm-to-glass idea: fruit wines, beer and sourdough bread are all made in house.
The house fruit wines, which it calls Why-ins, are made with the winemaker Thanos Georgilas, and the cocktails rework the classics in unexpected directions. Line was number 8 in The World's 50 Best Bars 2025. Tables can be reserved online. Not for you if you want a classic cocktail bar: the menu is experimental by design.
