Lemon Bar has been on the corner of Scheelegatan and Bergsgatan on Kungsholmen since autumn 1994, and it does one thing: the big schlager and pop classics, all night, with DJ sets and themed evenings now and then. It is a small bar that turns into a dance floor once the room fills.
It opens Tuesday to Saturday from 21:00 to 03:00. Entry is free from Tuesday to Thursday, and on Friday and Saturday the door is 25+. Rådhuset metro is about 150 metres away. It is the main late-night reason to stay on Kungsholmen. Not for you if you cannot stand Eurovision-style choruses.
