Leith Depot opened in 2015 at 138–142 Leith Walk as an independent bar, restaurant and small grassroots music venue. Its stage hosts local and touring bands, DJ nights and film screenings: the October 2026 calendar mixes gigs at £6.50–17.50 with a free BEDRUM techno and acid house night and Leith Kino screenings for £6.
It opens from noon every day, until midnight from Sunday to Thursday and until 01:00 on Friday and Saturday. A free trad music session runs on Saturday afternoons, and the pub quiz is on Tuesdays. Not for you if you want a club: this is a bar with a stage, and the night ends at one.
The bar is walk-in; gigs are ticketed.
