L'Archiduc has been on Rue Antoine Dansaert since 1937, and the Art Deco room is still the draw. The bartenders work through classics and house cocktails, and the bar keeps its jazz history alive with two weekend sessions: Jazz After Shopping on Saturday and Round About Five on Sunday, both 17:00–19:00.
It is open every day from 16:00 to 05:00, which makes it one of the few places in the centre where a cocktail at 03:00 is normal. Not for you if you want cheap rounds: this is a cocktail bar, priced like one.
