Multi-room club on Upper York Street, open since 1992, with drum and bass, jungle, techno, garage and psytrance across four spaces.
Lakota opened in 1992 on Upper York Street, on the border of Stokes Croft and St Pauls, in what remains of the old Stokes Croft Brewery. It now has four spaces: the original club, the newer Moon Club, the outdoor Lakota Gardens and Coroner's Court, a smaller room for underground bookings. The programme covers drum and bass, jungle, techno, garage and dubstep, and Tribe of Frog carries the city's psytrance scene here.
Club nights are 18+ and usually start at 22:00. Tickets sell on DICE: the eighth birthday of Stacked Out in October 2026 cost £10.80, with limited free entry before 23:00. The ground-floor spaces are step-free and there is an accessible toilet. Not for you if you want a quiet drink: this is a full-scale rave.
18+ with photo ID; tickets sell on DICE, and the big nights sell out in advance.
