Grade II-listed Camden theatre that runs gigs early and KOKO Electronic club nights on Fridays and Saturdays until 05:00.
KOKO occupies a Grade II-listed theatre building from 1900 and has hosted everyone from the Sex Pistols to Prince and Madonna. After a fire it reopened in 2022 following a £70 million restoration, with the ornate balconies intact and Cafe KOKO added for pizza and small plates.
Friday and Saturday nights are KOKO Electronic: doors at 22:00, last entry at 03:00, and big house and tech house names in a room that holds up to 1,410. It is cashless, bags larger than A4 are refused and there is no readmission. Not for you if you want an underground crowd; this is polished and busy.
Club nights are no ID, no entry, with physical ID only; bags no bigger than A4 and no readmission.
