Klub Alterna is a music club and cultural bar on Kounicova street, west of the Old Town. In October 2026 it lists concerts on 9, 14, 15, 16, 22, 23 and 30 October and a Robert Balzar Trio gig on 1 November, with genres from alt-rock and post-punk to electronic, americana and indie. It also runs the AlternaQuiz night and takes private parties.
Tables can be reserved online, which helps on gig nights. Hours follow the programme, so check the event page. Not for you if you want a dance floor until dawn: Alterna is a gig venue first, and the bands set the pace.
