Kauz is a small club on Ausstellungsstrasse, near Limmatplatz, that takes its bar as seriously as its DJs. The cocktail menu changes with the seasons and uses wild plants, herbs and berries from Zurich allotments, alongside organic wine and regional beer. The music is electronic but broad: the October 2026 calendar runs from Kalabrese all night to DJ Format, Reptant and GLXY.
Club nights start at 22:00 on Friday and Saturday, with concerts, Sunday daytime events and a midweek dance night in between. Kauz is cashless, photos are banned and an awareness team is on site. Not for you if you want a big production: this is a small room built around the bar and the DJ.
