Joji

Joji is a rooftop bar on Level 5 at 388 George Street, above the Cartier store, with polished interiors, indoor seating and a wraparound terrace. Time Out describes cocktails inspired by Japanese principles and Japanese-inspired snacks from chef Paul Farag, and notes that it is the Esca Group's first bar. The signature Geisha cocktail was A$28 in the 2025 review, which the reviewer calls the pricier end of the scale.

Time Out's October 2026 guide lists it open until 02:00 seven nights a week. Not for you if you are watching money. This is a higher-end cocktail list, and a round adds up quickly.
