Jigger's is a speakeasy-style cocktail bar on the Oudburg, on the edge of the Patershol, led by Olivier Jacobs. The menu changes with the seasons and leans on homemade and local ingredients, many grown on the bar's own farm of around 5,000 square metres, worked with permaculture methods since 2022. Downstairs is intimate, with seats outside by the water; upstairs is brighter and looks onto the street.
It opens from 17:00 Tuesday to Friday and from 16:00 on Saturday. Only groups of more than six can book; everyone else walks in, so arrive early at the weekend. Most cocktails cost €12–17, spirit-forward drinks €18–23, and small tiny tipples €7. Not for you if you want a cheap round or a loud bar.
