Instant-Fogas is two of District VII's best-known ruin pubs, merged into one complex in 2017, and it is where a lot of Budapest nights end. Seven clubs share the building on Akácfa utca: Unterwelt for R&B and chart hits, Frame for broken beats and Latin, Level for electro, Robot for rock anthems, Fogas for electronic music and a garden, plus the Instant ruin pub and the Liebling lounge.
It opens at 18:00 and closes at 06:00 every day of the week, entry is free, and a Czech lager costs around 1,600 Ft. With about 1,100 square metres of dance floor it copes with groups. Not for you if you want a curated line-up; you come here to move between rooms, not to see a DJ.
