Brasserie Illegaal in Forest hosts promoter-run house nights, usually from 22:00 or 23:00 until 05:00 or 06:00.
Illegaal, also billed as Brasserie ILLegaaL, is in Forest, south-west of the centre, and has become a regular home for Brussels promoters. Magma, GIMIC Radio, EELF and others book house and deep grooves here, and some promoters bring their own sound systems, including a Funktion-One. Daytime gatherings happen too.
Night events usually run 22:00 or 23:00 until 05:00 or 06:00. Prices are friendly: early birds from about €9, presale around €12–16 and €15–17 on the door. It is 18+ and promoters bill it as LGBTQIA+ friendly. Not for you if you want a fixed weekly programme: check the line-up before you go.
