Hidden opened in 2015 inside Downtex Mill, a converted textile mill on Mary Street, north of the city centre near Manchester Victoria. It has several spaces: a basement room called the Den, the neon Blue Room, the larger Hangar and an outdoor courtyard. The sound comes from a Void Acoustics system, the DJ booth sits in a cage, and DJ Mag named it Best Club in 2024.
Friday and Saturday nights run from 23:00 to 04:00, with extra weeknight events. The music runs from house and techno to jungle, drum & bass and garage, with promoters such as Teletech and Homoelectric and names like DJ Stingray and Katy B on the autumn 2026 calendar. The door is 18+. Not for you if you want to walk home: it is a trek from the centre at 04:00.
